Susan Prestia is the owner of Interior Directions, an interior design firm based out of Kansas City, Kansas.
Susan prefers to ease clients in new creative directions, as she makes it her mission to create a space that will make her clients feel comfortable outside of their comfort zone. She draws inspiration from all design. Traditional,Historic Preservation, Modern, Rustic Contemporary & City Sophisticated are just a few. She partners with clients to experience new styles and to grow their desire for new design concepts.
Susan uses her extensive experience to be “Purposely Creative,” thanks in part to her attention to detail & making sure to feature her client's personality in all of her design work. She goes above and beyond to deliver dramatic room designs, so it’s no wonder that Susan won Kansas City’s Creative Interior Designer Services Best of House 2017 award.
One of Susan’s favorite things is to work with various causes, such as the Kansas City Symphony Designers Showhouse, Re Start KC, The Rotary Youth
Camp, Shoes for Orphans soles, Literacy KC, DIFFA & more, in order to help children, education, arts, and the environment.
