Plates aren’t just to eat on; instead, they are being used more and more as décor on walls, especially in dining rooms. We love the energy and elegance that china plates bring to a wall, especially one in a dark tone such as charcoal grey. The gold embellishments on the china plates increase the luxurious feeling that travels throughout this dining room.

Just as the china plates on the charcoal wall, neutral colored plates on a black backdrop can add a different level of drama to a modern room. The textured and design heavy flower plates in the room below add edge to the walls, as the plates vary from a white to a light cream.

Texturizing Your Walls
