I've been very bad myself laetly in commenting on other blogs. I think mainly because I tend to save my favourite blogs to Pocket and then read them on my mobile or Ipad whenever I have a chance. And as you say it's not always easy commenting from mobile devices. Also if I really like the article, I tend to just quickly share the link on Facebook or Twitter.
