Last week we featured several of the most natural, sustainable, and beautiful Just Shorn wool rugs by The Dabbieri Collection. These distinct rugs originate in the highlands of New Zealand and are artisan crafted in Nepal. The result is a collection of uniquely contemporary, highly luxurious wool rugs.
Here at The Dabbieri Collection, we've completely fallen in love with Just Shorn. Their New Zealand sheep are free-range. Free to graze, wander, explore the lush pasture year round. The sheep are snug and warm under their own woolen blankets over winter, so when summer approaches, it’s necessary to remove that heavy wool coat, preparing them for the hotter months that lie ahead. That wool is then re-purposed to make a stunning line of wool floor coverings.
